ELIGIBILITY: All entries must be completely filled out and submitted within the days and times indicated above in order to be eligible. SELECTION OF WINNERS: A random drawing from among all eligible entries will be held on or about April, 10 2008 to determine the winners of the random prizes described below. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone. A failure to respond to the notification within 72 hours may result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. In order to minimize this possibility, do not make your reservation for highly desirable flights and dates. Your Mexicana reservations agent would be able to advise you if any desired flight is almost sold to capacity or it is already fully booked. In the event of a flight delay, cancellation, or overbooking, prize non-revenue tickets are not eligible for cash compensation or reroute on another airline. Mexicana will make its best efforts to reroute you on another Mexicana flight. Mexicana does not permit the sale or resale of non-revenue transportation for cash under any circumstances; such action will automatically render the non-revenue tickets invalid. Mexicana at its sole discretion will seek to recover the value of the ticket as sold or bartered and any damages as entitled by law and equity. 5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
